Dormitory Blanice moving-out process

Students with follow-up summer accommodation at the Blanice dormitory will check  the availability of the new room as soon as possible (even 14 days in advance).
From 23.6. these students will sign contracts electronically in ISKAM  (pay all outstandig debs and charge account) – without having all  these conditions met, you will not be accommodated and the contract could be terminated. Foreign students must properly fill new confirmation for foreign police.

New roommate. Those of you who are waiting for new roommate, clear half of the room to the extent that belongs to the new roommate.
These rooms will be checked at random any day in the morning. Failure to vacate the room will be considered a gross violation of the general terms and conditions.

Students who don’t follow up with summer accommodation will come to the proper check-out 30.6. no later than 11 am.

Dormitory rule, each student:

• Cleans and washes the lockers he uses in the room.
• Cleans and washes the desk, including drawers.
• Cleans and wipes the space in bed and behind the bed.
• Undresses and folds the bed linen ant take it to reception.
• Set duvet and pillow remains folded on the bed.
• It clears and wipes its built-in closet in the common area.
• The furniture will flatten out.
• Locks the room.

The common areas are cleaned by the same accommodation !!!!

• Cleaning of sanitary facilities (bathroom + WC).
• Cleaning and washing of kitchen counters.
• Refrigerator evacuation and washing, freezer defrosting and washing.
• Garbage removal and washing of waste bins.
• Cleaning the cleaning room.
• Balcony cleaning.

Take these to BLANICE office:

• Signed protocol on room inspection from pi. cleaning lady – phone at the reception.
• Keys with a tag.
• Chip blue card (if you have been issued a deposit of CZK 500).
• Folded sheets (take it to reception).
